Scan your laptop to see if it is compatible with your laptops system.

are you positive that your laptop has a dedicated graphics card and not just intel graphics? either way if you had a graphics card or not, the reason it is laggy (low frames per a second) is because your computer cannot process it fast enough. You will have to try turning all graphical settings in the game down, try a lower resolution. If you have already done that or you try and it does not help, then you need a newer faster computer. I would recommend a desktop for gaming since they are much easier to upgrade and take care of yourself without having to pay someone to do it for you.
