I have literally tried everything:
The Public Library car park in the Quarter Moon case.
The Buyer Beware case in the parking lot of eaglesons gun store.
The upon reflection case. Nothing!
This is the only vehicle i need to find and I've looked for ages. Please Help!Where can i locate the Packard Clipper Six vehicle in L.A Noire?
The guide I used said there's one in a parking lot off 4th near Broadway. I found these pretty much driving anywhere in the city. Check in Wilshire too.
