Should I get l a noire or portal 2?

I love thinking games and doing puzzles and stuff. Portal 2 seems like fun but I worry that I will get stuck at a part forever! L a noire looks amazing an it's a different type of game then we have seen. I played the trial of portal 1 and liked it. Right now portal 2 is on sale for $39.99. So I might go with that and maybe rent la noire. So I need opinions from you guys.Should I get l a noire or portal 2?
PORTAL 2! with portal 2, it will be great for you, because of your enjoyment of puzzle games. Don't let the pressure get you frustrated- the puzzles may be hard at times, but it isn't as hard as you think. The game is hard, but makes you feel smart. LA Noire is an awesome game, however it is just another shooting game and nothing extraordinary like the Portal series.
Both games are very good but their two different genre's in gaming, LA Noire is great with the whole interrigation aspect and overall a good game, Its pretty long too so if you were to rent it out, it would have to be for a good while, Portal is just as fun as LA Noire but if i had to pick, I'd choose LA Noire to buy and I'd rent out Portal, This is only my opinion so whatever your into more, Go for it :)Should I get l a noire or portal 2?
Depends what kind of game genre you're more into.

LA Noire is a GTA-type game where you do a lot less puzzle-y stuff.

For a more mentally challenging experience, which seems to suite you, go for Portal 2.

I'd personally recommend Portal 2, its gameplay seems a lot more exciting, and isn't achieving something which strains your brain more rewarding? To me it is anyway! And how can you not love Whitley (you'll know who I mean when/if you buy P2).

Make your own decision, not anyone else's. Besides, Portal games are a lot more popular for a reason.
they are both very fun games, i would recommend portal2 IF you played the first one and you are familiar with the story line, the multilayer...eeeh could be better. But L.A. Noire makes you think and is a VERY fun game. Portal 2 is much more fun if you like puzzles. It's story isn't that great but it has coop play and is pretty long and challenging. LA noire also very good but I reccomend portal. Unless you don't like puzzles and want a better storyline.
I haven't heard much about Portal 2. But I've seen LA Noire gameplay (havent played it myself yet) and it was amazing. Very well done and interesting. Id get LA Noire.
Get Portal 2 obviously. It's really fun and the ending is EPIC
