I already finished the game and saw the ending. When the cop in the end made his speach about Phelps, did any of you dislike that, I sure did. Since he wasn't really his friend. I'm just wondering if you think he's dead or if you think he somehow survived. I think he survived, I just have that feeling. What do you think?What happened to Cole Phelps in the end of L.A. Noire?
He died. His coffin was covered by the American flag with the hat on top of it. They wanted to make him die for a sad and touching ending. I thought it was extremely sad because he died a broken man that sacrificed for everyone else, but never got the chance to help himself. He ended up dying with no friends. He died.What happened to Cole Phelps in the end of L.A. Noire?
He died for sure, unfortunately. However, I am going to pretend he is alive because I'd hate to think that he's really dead. The only thing I didn't like about him was he was cheating on his wife with Elsa, which made me super mad at him. He was still a good man though, and shouldn't be judged of one action. If you think about it though, he could become a zombie and keep fighting crime. John did in Undead Nightmare :D
